All our Grills 'Kababs' are marinated wi th mild spices to enhance the natural flavours of the meats and then grilled, served wi th grilled tomato & Saffron steamed rice 'Chelo.' Tradi t ionally one would eat Chelo Kabab by making a small space in the centre of the plate, put t ing an egg yolk in i t , then but ter and a teaspoon or two of Sumac over the Kabab which emphasises the exot ic flavours of each ingredient . Sounds odd, but i t is extremely delicious!
